These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of cloud server, VPS, dedicated server, hosting, network and related technical services provided through this website.
The Services are provided by Panstar Cloud Limited under the PanStar brand. PanStar is the unified brand name for this website and related services.
By registering an account, placing an order, making a payment or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must provide true, accurate, complete and up-to-date account, billing, payment and business-use information, and keep your account credentials secure.
We may provide cloud servers, VPS hosting, dedicated server rental, server hosting, bandwidth, IP addresses, network resources, domain and website-related technical services, API access, software platforms and payment integration services. The specific configuration, price, billing cycle and resource delivery are subject to the product page, order page, invoice or service confirmation.
Services may be billed on a prepaid, subscription, usage-based or other model. Unless otherwise stated, fees are generally non-refundable once a service has been activated, delivered, consumed or allocated, without excluding rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
You must not use the Services for illegal, abusive, harmful or unauthorized activities, including spam, phishing, fraud, malware, DDoS attacks, port scanning, unauthorized intrusion, copyright infringement, money laundering, illegal financial activity, gambling, terrorist content, child exploitation content, or any activity prohibited by applicable law, payment network rules, sanctions or export-control requirements, upstream provider policies.
IP addresses and network resources are allocated for use during the service period only. They are not sold, permanently transferred or assigned as property. If you resell the Services or use them for end customers, you remain responsible for end-customer conduct, content and compliance obligations under your account.
You are solely responsible for data, websites, applications, software and business activities stored, operated, transmitted or published through the Services. We do not generally monitor customer content, but may review, restrict, remove, disclose or retain relevant information when required for legal, regulatory, court-order, payment partner, bank, upstream provider, complaint-handling or security-incident reasons.
You are responsible for backing up important data. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we are not liable for data loss, business interruption or losses caused by your failure to maintain backups. Except for a separately agreed SLA, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely free from security risks.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts or Services for breach of these Terms, payment failure, chargeback, fraud risk, security risk, abuse complaints, legal notices, upstream provider notices, or regulatory, payment partner or bank requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the affected Services during the relevant billing period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this website with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If the English and Chinese versions conflict, the English version prevails.
